North Texas CCIM Chapter (NTCCIM) convenes the key decision-makers and stakeholders in real estate, bringing together unmatched local expertise to confront trends on the horizon. Our 650 members are integral to the North Texas market, providing deal referrals and market intelligence that deliver real-world value. This elite group of diverse CRE professionals includes not only landlords, buyers, and sellers, but also an entire community of bankers, contractors, title representatives, and attorneys. NTCCIM is the preeminent CRE investment education provider in the area. Our chapter events draw more than 1,500 annually with as many as 10 educational workshops and events in a typical year.

The mission of the North Texas CCIM Chapter is to serve as the focal point in the region for quality education, networking, and investment intelligence for the commercial investment real estate specialist. The cornerstone of the CCIM program, the designation curriculum is designed to equip practitioners with the skills they need to profit from the ever-changing commercial real estate industry.
