The North Texas Chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) invites you to become a member of the award-winning networking and educational organization. Enhance your network and broaden your knowledge of commercial real estate through networking, educational luncheons, CCIM classes, and much more. MEMBERSHIP TYPES
NORTH TEXAS CCIM Chapter offers four classes of membership:
Designee Member
This membership type is offered for commercial real estate practitioners and affiliates who have completed the CCIM course work and earned the CCIM designation. This fee is for Chapter membership and does not include Institute membership.
ONLY ABLE TO JOIN AS A DESIGNEE MEMBER THROUGH CCIM INSTITUTE.
($130.00 annual dues)
Candidate Member
This membership type is for individuals who are pursuing the CCIM designation. It requires no additional designations or advanced degrees. If you are joining the Chapter as a candidate it is required that you are also a dues paying candidate member of the CCIM Institute.
ONLY ABLE TO JOIN AS A CANDIDATE MEMBER THROUGH CCIM INSTITUTE.
($130.00 annual dues)
Affiliate Member
This membership type is for commercial real estate practitioners and commercial service providers and businesses not seeking the CCIM designation and have an interest in benefits at the Chapter level only. Affiliate members enjoy all the benefits of membership except the ability to sit on the Board of Directors or vote on any by-law changes. Affiliate membership is subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
($150.00 annual dues)
Student Member
This membership type is for full-time college students, enrolled in a real estate program, to join as Academic members to grow their commercial real estate network. If you are interested in earning the CCIM designation, we recommend you join as a candidate.
($25.00 annual dues)
