SCHOLARSHIPS
The North Texas CCIM Chapter’s Course Scholarship Program was created to support qualified real estate professionals in their efforts to achieve the CCIM designation. Recipients should exemplify the high caliber of professionalism that comprises the CCIM Institute AND the North Texas CCIM Chapter. Each award is to be applied towards one of the following CCIM Designation Courses: CI 101, CI 102, CI 103, CI 104 or Core Concepts Review (CCR).


Charles McClure, CCIM Named Education Scholarship
This Named Education Scholarship honors Charles McClure, CCIM who has served on various CCIM committees both locally and nationally. In 2007, Mr. McClure was elected Vice President of the CCIM Institute. In 2008, he served as President-Elect, and in 2009, he served as CCIM Institute President. Mr. McClure is a senior instructor for the CCIM Institute and continues to help foster and further education throughout the CCIM organization.
This scholarship is available to current members in good standing of the North Texas CCIM Chapter and shall be used toward any CCIM in-person core curriculum course.
Jay Lucas, CCIM Named Education Scholarship
This Named Education Scholarship honors Jay Lucas, CCIM. Mr. Lucas has served on several committees in the North Texas chapter and was elected Chapter President in 1990 and 1991. In 1995, Mr. Lucas served as CCIM Institute President and continues to support the North Texas Chapter.
This scholarship is available to current members in good standing of the North Texas CCIM Chapter and shall be used toward any CCIM in-person core curriculum course.


Susan McClure, CCIM Named Education Scholarship
This Named Education Scholarship honors Susan McClure, CCIM. Ms. McClure has been involved with the North Texas CCIM Chapter since 2007 and has held every position on the board. In 2008, Ms. McClure served as the Chapter's Education Chair. She returned to that position in 2014 where she remains to this day. She also serves on the National Education Committee.
This scholarship is available to current members in good standing of the North Texas CCIM Chapter and shall be used toward any CCIM in-person core curriculum course.
Ralph Bullard Named Education Scholarship
This Named Education Scholarship honors Ralph Bullard. Ralph Bullard and Bullard Construction have been fervent supporters of the Sporting Clays Event since it began. Mr. Bullard has been a fixture at the event with his memorable stations and overwhelming attendance by his company and friends. Mr. Bullard and Bullard Construction have contributed to the overwhelming success of the Sporting Clays Event and the Chapter's scholarship program.
This scholarship is available to current members in good standing of the North Texas CCIM Chapter and shall be used toward any CCIM in-person core curriculum course.


John M. Stone Named Education Scholarship
This Named Education Scholarship honors John M. Stone, CCIM. Mr. Stone has served on various committees both locally and nationally. Mr. Stone also served the CCIM Institute for over 20 years as a senior instructor. In 1991, Mr. Stone served as a CCIM Institute President.
This scholarship is available to current members in good standing of the North Texas CCIM Chapter and shall be used toward any CCIM in-person core curriculum course.
Allen Feltman Named Education Scholarship
This Named Education Scholarship honors Allen Feltman, CCIM. In 1987, Mr. Feltman served as North Texas CCIM Chapter President. In 1999, Mr. Feltman served as CCIM Institute President.
This scholarship is available to current members in good standing of the North Texas CCIM Chapter and shall be used toward any CCIM in-person core curriculum course.


David Schnitzer, CCIM Named Education Scholarship
David Schnitzer, CCIM is a Partner at ASCEND Commercial Real Estate, a leading brokerage firm based in Dallas, Texas. With more than 24 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and property ownership, David specializes in retail, land, and investment properties. He is a licensed real estate broker in both Texas and Oklahoma and actively represents clients across a broad spectrum of transactions.

Chapter Scholarships
- The North Texas CCIM Chapter endeavors each year to raise funds for scholarships and continuing education in the North Texas area. For over 25 years, the Chapter has held the North Texas CCIM Annual Sporting Clays Tournament.
- Proceeds from this event help fund scholarship awards and continuing education opportunities.
- The amount of these scholarships are at the sole discretion of the North Texas CCIM Board of Directors and Scholarship Committee.
- The recipient will receive a full or partial tuition enrollment in one of the CCIM designation courses.
